In the Americas, Peru was downgraded to "weak".
In APAC, Taiwan, Thailand and South Korea are looking strong. India was unable to close the week above its 61.8 Fibonacci retracement of the January-June 2018 decline.
In the EMEA region, Israel had a nice follow through of its last week's price breakout. It remains the strongest market in that region.
