Although the Conglomerates and Telecom sectors are still below their 40-week Moving Average on an absolute price basis, it is in relative terms vs. the HSCI that they are both currently most interesting. The Conglomerates are breaking out of a 2 year downtrend. The Telecom sector is breaking out of a basing pattern and also showing a bullish divergence on the RSI.
