The Telecom sector is an outperformer in relative terms. In absolute price it has broken out of a falling wedge with strong momentum.
he Technology sector is one to follow closely in the next few days/weeks. Will the price be able to bounce off its uptrend line from the 2011 low or will it break down? In relative terms, it broke down vs. the HSCI about a month ago... or is that just a false break like what happened in 2013?
